Terms for using AutoDash

Agreement

These terms are a simple agreement between you and AutoDash for use of the website and service. AutoDash is operated by Hristo Lilkin, an individual based in Bulgaria currently operating as a sole trader. By creating an account or using AutoDash, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AutoDash lets you upload vehicle photos and related details to create short listing videos, including optional branding and suggested on-screen text. Features may change, pause, or end as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Contact hristo@autodashapp.com if you need help with your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, logos, captions, and other materials you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transform Your Content only as needed to operate AutoDash for you—including sending material to third-party processors to generate suggested text and to produce videos. You confirm you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.

Credits and payments

Some features use credits. Free starter credits may be offered; additional credits may be purchased through our payment provider. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we say otherwise, and do not expire. One credit is used per finished video, and a credit is returned automatically if a video fails. Prices and packs may change.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because credits are delivered immediately at your request, you agree at checkout that you lose that right once the credits are delivered. Otherwise, refunds are given only where the law requires. Credits are forfeited when you delete your account.

Connected apps

You may connect AutoDash to Cursor, Grok Bot, grok.com, and other apps that register themselves to use your account. Only return addresses we allow can register. Connecting authorizes that app to act within the permissions you approve at consent: autodash:read (read your account, projects, and videos), autodash:write (create and edit projects and upload photos), autodash:render (start a reel), and offline_access (a refresh token so the app can continue after you leave consent).

Photo uploads from a connected app use a signed upload address that lasts 15 minutes. The photo is stored in your own AutoDash storage, under your account and project. The connected app cannot buy credits. Each new reel uses one credit you already have, and a failed render refunds that credit. Retrying the same render request does not use another credit.

grok.com is a read-only connection until it has been tested: it can read your projects and videos, but cannot edit projects, upload photos or start renders.

Access tokens expire after one day. A refresh token has no expiry of its own and remains valid until you disconnect the app or the token is revoked. Authorization codes expire after 10 minutes. Disconnect Cursor in Cursor’s MCP settings, Grok Bot under Connect apps in Grok Bot, and grok.com in grok.com. Disconnect any other connected app in that app. Disconnecting stops that app’s access. Your photos, projects, and videos stay in AutoDash until you delete them.

A self-registered app that is never used is deleted after 30 days, together with its sign-in registration. A self-registered app that has been used is kept.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. This permanently deletes your content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse AutoDash. For example, do not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to break or probe the service, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the product beyond what the law allows, or use AutoDash to spam or mislead others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.

Automated suggestions

Suggested captions and similar text may be produced by automated tools. They can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before you publish or rely on it.

Disclaimer

AutoDash is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that videos, suggestions, or the service will meet your commercial goals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AutoDash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to AutoDash is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim or (b) €50.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material and you have an account, we will try to give reasonable notice when practical.
