Terms for using AutoDash

Agreement
These terms are a simple agreement between you and AutoDash for use of the website and service. AutoDash is not yet a registered company. By creating an account or using AutoDash, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AutoDash lets you upload vehicle photos and related details to create short listing videos, including optional branding and suggested on-screen text. Features may change, pause, or end as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Contact autodashapp@gmail.com if you need help with your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos, logos, captions, and other materials you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transform Your Content only as needed to operate AutoDash for you—including sending material to third-party processors to generate suggested text and to produce videos. You confirm you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.
Credits and payments
Some features use credits. Free starter credits may be offered; additional credits may be purchased through our payment provider. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we say otherwise, and are used when you create a finished video. Purchases are generally final except where required by law. Prices and packs may change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse AutoDash. For example, do not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to break or probe the service, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the product beyond what the law allows, or use AutoDash to spam or mislead others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.
Automated suggestions
Suggested captions and similar text may be produced by automated tools. They can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before you publish or rely on it.
Disclaimer
AutoDash is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that videos, suggestions, or the service will meet your commercial goals.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AutoDash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to AutoDash is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim or (b) €50.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material and you have an account, we will try to give reasonable notice when practical.
